Via A13:

Take the  "Stubaital" exit and follow the main road (through the centre of Neustift).

After about 15 minutes you will come to the district of Krössbach (small T-bar lift on the left).
Then you can turn left into the district of Neugasteig. 

At the first junction, turn left again and follow the road...

It is the first house in the top row!
